Print the full name on the back of the GC of the person who the check should be issued to and a phone number in case of questions.
Mail original certificate (with name and phone number on back) WITH a self addressed stamped envelope to:

Please follow above instructions and allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing. Don't forget to mail a self addressed stamped envelope to receive your check.
If you have a Gift Certificate that was donated to a charitable organization OR a GC that we issued to compensate you in some way, those certificates have NO monetary value. Please don't send them in.
